Terms of use

These terms apply to the use of the bluesealine.co website. The website is an account of a service and a way to reach the operator. There are no accounts on it, nothing is sold through it, and there is no logged-in area.

The platform the website describes is being built. When it opens, its use is governed by a separate agreement between the operator and the parties to a case, and not by this page.

Bluesealine is a private commercial operator. It is not a government body, a public register, a classification society, a chamber of commerce or any other kind of official authority, and nothing on this site is issued under public authority.

The registered name of the operating entity, its jurisdiction, its registration number and its registered office are not published on this site yet. They are published before the platform opens. Until they appear, the published point of contact is the email address below.

The descriptions of the registry, the case engine, requests and bookings state how the service is specified to work. They describe a product. They are not an offer capable of acceptance and they do not form a contract.

Bluesealine has no live cases and no customers at the date on this document. Nothing here is a record of past performance, and no figure for volume, availability or customer numbers appears anywhere on the site, because none has been measured.

The case shown on the home page and on the platform page is invented in order to explain how a blocked step holds the steps behind it. Its reference, cargo, ports, dates and parties are not real, no company shown in it is a customer, and the page says so where it is shown.

Where this site states that a company is verified, it means the checks listed on the services page were carried out: registration number and legal name confirmed against the issuing registry, the trade licence held with its issuing body and expiry date, certificates recorded with issuer and dates, the legal entity screened against sanctions lists, and a named contact confirmed by reply.

Verification confirms documents and identity. It is not an opinion on a company's finances, its solvency or the quality of its work, and it is not a guarantee of performance on any case. A counterparty remains responsible for its own commercial judgement.

Sending a form does not create a contract, a listing or an obligation on either side. It starts a conversation. A listing is published only after the checks above are complete, and Bluesealine may decline to list a company.

Anyone submitting a form states that the details given are accurate, that they are entitled to give them, and that details of a third party included in a message were given with that person's knowledge.

The site may be read, linked to and quoted with attribution. It may not be used to submit false details, to send automated or repeated submissions, to probe or interfere with the server, or to collect its content systematically for republication.

The forms are rate-limited. A submission that trips the limit is refused, and the page states what happened.

The text, the design, the mark and the code of this site belong to the operator. Quoting a passage with attribution is welcome. Republishing the site, or a substantial part of it, requires written agreement.

The site is served from a single server and may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside the operator's control. No level of availability is promised here, because none has been measured, and a figure that has not been measured is not worth printing.

The site is an account of a service in preparation. A decision about a shipment, a charter, a clearance or a counterparty should be taken on the documents themselves and on professional advice, not on a description of a platform.

Nothing on this page limits liability for fraud, for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

The operating entity is not yet registered, so no jurisdiction is stated here. Naming one before the entity exists would be a statement the operator could not stand behind.

The governing law and the forum for disputes are published on this page at the same time as the registration details, and before the platform opens.

These terms may change. The version in force is the one on this page, and the document date at the head of it is the date it was written.
